The Company, Veriskin, Inc., was founded in 2013 by three experienced biomedical device entrepreneurs to pursue the development of its proprietary technology as the basis for a rapid, low-cost diagnostic for skin cancer. At present, the Company consists of these three original founders of which one is an employee (CEO/CTO) and the other two are board members. All three founders have early-stage management, R&D scale-up, and fund-raising experience. They also have deep ties to the San Diego and Bay area venture investment communities.
